A very affordable place to have a piece of the underground culture in Egypt. Many interesting musical shows and art exhibits. Have a nice place right on the banks of the Nile river where you can casually set and relax, the place is full of young youth and promising talent where you can actually witness the uprising of new to be stars and celebrities. It's really worth the time to visit.
