Roanld from the darkside. This is the wrost mcdonald in north america, i once saw staff trying to scam an old lady who got a coffee stamp card. He charged her and try to tear apart her stamp card. I saw burger fall down on the ground yet they still pick up to serve customers. Wrong order is usual. Staffs are young and unprofessional. I used to always come to this location, it was one of the better macdonalds in vancouver. Ever since renovation everything changed. I went to this location 6 times after renovation. Every time i see something unprofessional. I wont go to this location anymore.
