This company is disgusting. I'm a real estate appraiser and this company routinely sends me appraisal requests for properties outside my service area, in areas where I am not even licensed that are 100's to more than 1,000 miles from my location. That is how much they care about handling your business in a professional manner and they do the same thing over and over. Their goal appears to be to get any appraiser anywhere to complete reports for cut rate fees so they can make the most money off the transaction. They appear to have no interest in obtaining a competently prepared report. If the borrower, property seller, or realtor are harmed in the process, appears to be of no concern to them.
