Actually, this scale of stars is quite unsuitable for reviewing this business. It must be assumed that the company is paid to do some work - in this case distribution of local newspapers and advertisements - which in fact does not happen, this is also seen here by the many bad reviews - inquiries remain unanswered.
A natural consequence of this should be a police report of the company, as it appears that the service is not being delivered.
This kind of business probably falls under the concept of: SCAM !!!
