I often get served by one of the store managers, a very professional and bright young woman. She is very personable, remembers my order from my previous visit, and is simply amazing. My smoothies always taste amazing when she makes them.

I have not seen her in a while. Today I got served by someone else, and it's incredible what a difference personnel makes. I suppose the store manager set the bar pretty high and it may not be fair to expect everyone else to reach her level.

On the bright side, most of time, the right people are there to provide the usual awesome service.
