We have had World Cinema service ever since I started working at the Courtyard Marriott in Clemson SC. In June 2015, they began to change our current system out with their new system that allowed for Internet TV to also be used like Netflix, Hulu, etc. We have had nothing but problems since that change. The installers were lazy and left half of the new boxes hanging off of the TVs. We have guest issues all the time with loss of signal, no sound, power loss because of the way the installers put cords in, and a month-long delay for Internet TV to be available. Now, when they install a pop up that urges you to watch Internet TV, the Netflix doesn't even work. I would never recommend their service. And hope to be changing our service soon. They also have terrible customer service. I was told that the Netflix would be fixed on November 6 and it is now the 13th with no resolution. Again, avoid this company. They do not aim to please their customers or have any worry that their terrible service causes our guests and employees a ton of grief. I would give them 0 stars if possible.
