The site made me buy a book twice, not only that, ...

The site made me buy a book twice, not only that, it didn't made me download the digital book. Furthermore, I can't even go to the site anymore, it won't let me get through. I was using my laptop.

EDIT: On the positive side, they helped me get my refund (though I'm still waiting for it). The help service is good. I was able to download the digital book in my tablet. It seems there's a problem connecting to the server maybe because I was using Internet Download Manager.
