The treatment this company has with its clients is shameful. Their mobiles are of poorer quality and if they break down being within the guarantee, they are not responsible, claiming only that the damage is excluded from the guarantee. I have several samsung terminals (two s plus terminals, two s3 terminals and two s6 terminals) the latter have been the drop that filled the glass, with problems since its purchase and without any solution by samsung. I will never buy any samsung product again and I invite you to do the same. It is good that this company continues to laugh at its customers.
