No better than a shady used car dealership! They talked me into windshield coverage and I asked specifically about cracked windshields and they said yes that s covered. However when my A3 windshield cracked after only two weeks I was told it wasn t covered! (Instead of reading the fine print I took their word) Then when I turned in the lease I was told since the car was in mint condition they would not charge for the over-mileage. Well I guess they were annoyed because I didn t get another lease because then I was hit with a bill for $1k a few months later. When I called to speak to Audi Financial, they never returned my call. Instead they sent my bill to a collection agency. First time that happened to me in my life! My advice - skip this dealership!
