I give Alexander and Oscar 5 stars along with my excellent comments for always taking such great care of me and my Volvo. A nightmare started when my Serptentine belt and water pump broke only 29,000 miles after being replaced by Triple A. Alexander worked together with Triple A to make sure Triple A replaced the dead engine and was with me the whole time until this ordeal came to an end. Alexander found my replacement engine, provided me continual support all the way to the end. I trust them completely and refer them to my friends and family whenever the opportunity comes up. Thank you Alexander and Oscar and staff, I appreciate all of you very much!!!
