Where to start, we tried calling many times to see...

Where to start, we tried calling many times to see if we could get a lane. No one picked up. Website had nothing of interest. When we got there they had a little sign saying all the lanes are booked until 10pm. The staff at the front where less then useless helping us. So not wanting to waste the drive we stuck around for some pool. We ended up playing for about two hours. The entire time we where there more then half the lanes were not being used and they still refused to let us play. There seemed to be no reason to not let us use the empty lanes other then laziness on there part. Some thing was wrong with the 3 ball it would not go in any of the pockets .
