The salesman Melvin was really good; we went in on a very busy Sunday and he did his best to get our needs attended to in a timely and not pushy manner. The sales manager was less accommodating and was more difficult to deal with but overall wasn't bad.
My main concern is with the service after the sale which has not been very good. We bought a used vehicle with some scuffs which we asked to be buffed and weren't. We were told it had a remote start and keyless entry which had a dead battery at the test drive; well turns out is doesn't work period and they will not work with me on that. Since buying the vehicle 1 month ago I have had it in to my mechanic for small things that were likely temporarily fixed at the dealer so we were not aware of them at time of purchase but became an issue later (squealing belt, leaking transmission hose, etc). Every time I ask about these things I am brushed off or told it is my problem now that it is my vehicle. Ok fair enough, I bought a used vehicle, but not good customer service in my books.
