Excellent service! It's actually the best customer service i have experienced from a BMW dealer after 20 years of consecutive ownership. I came in without appointment for an emergency repair, they took in the car upon arrival, we were treated for lunch and provided with a loaner so we could accomplish everything i needed to do that day. Car was ready by 5 and i even got a discounted rate. Despite not having bought the car from them initially, i still got the red carpet rolled out before me.
