We have been dealing with a clogged drainage pipe for our washing machine for quite some time. I had one plumber assess the situation and quote us $650 which is well out of our budget if possible to be avoided. Enter Gold Medal. Not only did they send out someone that day, they arrived at the beginning of the service window and were in and out in about an hour.

I was most impressed by the call center who took time to ask questions to ensure safety during the pandemic. They also provided information on their specials and pricing which is always nice to have upfront.

Our situation has been solved and I m extremely happy with the entire interaction. Thank you!
