What can be said that hasn't been said before. Yes, it is ridiculously expensive (for ordinary mortals) and yes it can be pretentious but it is a uniquely wonderful experience; dinner theatre at its best. While the food is very good, it is the combination of presentation, imagination and wonder that distinguishes it from other 3* restaurants. This is not the sort of place you would go to more than every 3-4 years, even if you could afford it, as the sheet novelty is a major part of its attraction.
