After seeing the other comments and reviews, I m not surprised anymore. My apartment complex chose this company to be our ONLY option for an electric company and knowing that we have no choice, they will take every penny they can and no customer service help. I kept my apartment cold this winter and IPL even told me I was below the average consumption of energy and my bill was $400! What the hell is average then? My last bill I had Air and heat off for a month and my bill was fu**ing $200! They won t explain and will only get defensive. If you are looking for electrical...go somewhere else. And I hope you see this IPL.
