I have been a customer of TELSCO for over 10 years...

I have been a customer of TELSCO for over 10 years. I am a huge fan. The company is Edmonton based. Any contact I have is with a real person. I have had the odd alarm go and when I get a call it is from someone in Edmonton who is thoughtful, concerned and responsive. I have a vacation property out of Edmonton and had to use a different company. With that service I deal with recordings and automated messages and wait on hold to be connected with a person. TELSCO is head and shoulders better than that competitor which was the best option I had available.
