Having had my previous Nissan serviced here, I was familiar with the professionality of the staff and how they always went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident in my car being serviced. My recent Nissan purchase was no different. To be honest, I'd hadn't planned to purchase a new vehicle for several weeks and decided to take another look at the Rogue's with my husband. We were approached out in the parking lot and asked if we had any questions or wished to look at any vehicles. We test drove both the Nissan Kicks and Rogue S; both wonderful vehicles, the Rogue better suited to our needs. Our sales associate Fred Rose was great to work with. He thoroughly explained all of the features of these vehicles wanting to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted within our budget. There were no aggressive or over-the-top tactics. The car quality, sales knowledge, up-front price/trade, and previous great service history at Capital Nissan were the reasons for our purchase. Not to mention the process was very quick and uncomplicated. We were left with contact cards if we needed anything, had additional questions; etc. The entire team worked together seamlessly and my husband and I are beyond pleased and will highly recommend Captial Nissan to our family and friends.
