I recently refinanced my home loan with Essex Mortgage by utilizing the VA IRRRL program. They gave me the lowest interest rate on the market at 2.25% fixed rate, 30 years fixed. It lowered my monthly payment to $300 which amounts to thousands of dollars in savings for me and family. Daniel Neal was our Mortgage Broker and he took care of our needs from day 1 until closing. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. He was very professional and courteous. It took approximately 40 days to close on my refinance which beat the typical 45 day turnaround.
