I have nothing but great things to say about Matts...

I have nothing but great things to say about Mattson Resources (Sean Gouilding was my counselor). As a person that worked his entire career in the nuclear industry, I was not having any luck in finding work outside that field since the nuclear industry doesn't exist any more in Southern California.

I had gone to many employment agencies before, but it was the same experience. (They were very happy to have met me and they will keep me in mind if the right job would come up) I never heard back from them. Sean was different. He found out how to connect with me in a personnel level and treated me as a valued client not just another person in his rolodex.

I knew that it was going to be tough to find me a mid-level management position with good pay in an industry outside of nuclear but I knew Sean was not just giving up on me.

In the mean time, I found a temp contract job on my own to cover the bills. One day out of the blue, Sean called me to inform me that there was a position that matches my skill set. (This position is not just a job but a career with a potential future). I was very surprised that he still had me on his radar after 9 months from the first time we spoke.

I was such a perfect match for this job, I was informed that I was considered the number one candidate for it. I am really grateful for Sean's efforts because my temp job was ending in a couple of months and the stress was mounting.

I accepted the job and am really excited with this new journey.
