I found mold growing in my basement and by coincidence I happen to see a green Servpro truck in traffic that same afternoon. I took it as a sign and called them the next day. They appeared very knowledgeable and explained the mold remediation process to me. I felt good about hiring them to take care of it after that. They started the work and in the middle, the team leader said his crew might need an extra day to finish which I didn't mind. In the end they ended up finishing on time as originally estimated so that was a nice surprise. The communication on the project was good and they got rid of my mold problem and repaired the damage fast. I rate them 10/10!
