The must see place while in Athens. We went in the first week of October and there really wasn't that many people there are no real lines except in the stairwell area to get to the top and we were there in the middle of the day.

Fantastic views even before reaching the top. They are actively trying to renovate the area to keep it pristine and viewable for years to come, but that didn't take away from the experience. The history behind this place is amazing and for it to still be in such great shape is amazing.

They have bathrooms and water at the top and I would recommend being very careful if it's raining as the rocks can get slippery even on a dry day. Absolutely go all the way to the top - you'll be glad you did! Amazing views of the entire city.
