I have been working with AJ Smith for over a year now and I am very pleased with his services. AJ is always on top of things and responds quickly to issues which arise. This includes everything from repairs, finding new tenants, insuring that bills are paid and keeping the property in good shape. As I live out of town, I only occasionally have the chance to take care of the property. Through AJs diligence, I have the piece of mind that my investment is in good hands. Brewer and Stratton does a great job!
