Customer Service is the absolute worst. They will not respond to emails for months, and they will never answer the phone or call back.

Additionally, expect to buy many, many collars until you throw this whole thing away; and that is at $50 a piece. I am down $250 so far on top of the price of the door and I have only owned the thing for 8 months.

The door is reasonably well made, and I was happy with it for a time. But the costs are quickly adding up and their collar is way overpriced to begin with and very poorly made and after they come off, the dog chews them up. I am not hopeful that I will receive a response from them anytime soon regarding my issues.
