I would like to advise anyone to reconsider bringing a loved one to this facility. I would rather channel my energy into a workout at the gym, than having to call these people for a simple update.

They will happily give you the run around. Their laziness and professional ineptitude to assist were apparent from the beginning.

Every single faculty member from the lowest of the chain to the top, just simply didn't care and its upsetting.

Luckily for them, things worked out for me and my family from this fiasco.

However, for potential clients that may be interested in bringing a loved one to a rehabilitation center/nursing home, just take your time and really think about which choice is best.
