I was referred here and did not know it was like auditioning for an appt. The navigator gets the referral and does nothing else. I have had to make contact with them to find out why its taking over a month to get an appt. scheduled. They wanted the actual MRI images, which I thought was there job to obtain. I took it upon my self to retrieve the images, which took 10mins to obtain. I hand delivered it and 2weeks later Im still waiting for an appt. to be scheduled or even a phone call from the navigator. After speaking with my pain doctor he said had he been the one to refer me he would not have choosen Barrow Institute. I am beside myself that they are this disorganized and don't think of the patients waiting in limbo.
RESPONSE : I made several attempts to email barrow at the email address they left below and it's not a valid email address. Did you just want people to think you were trying your best to resolve my situation? Just like the phone number they have on their website is not valid either. I don't understand why. Do they not want people to get a hold of them?
