AWFUL-Over the course of 2 years I have taken my dogs here sporadically. My 2 sweet dogs HATE this place. They refuse to enter and once inside will not go with the groomers and will soil themselves in terror. I thought this may be normal as some dogs do not like to be groomed but after grooming them myself and seeing how much they enjoy baths I can conclude it is due to the treatment there. Every time they return act as if they are traumatized. They do not leave our side and they tremble for a few days following their visit. I had noticed they recently cut off their eyelashes and whiskers which Im sure is painful for them as they use their whiskers to FEEL their way into and around spaces. I kindly asked them to please refrain from doing this and sure enough when I picked them up yesterday, they were cut. I will never bring my girls here again.
