I've been here a few times and usually the experience has been good. The food is tasty and as described, the servers are knowledgeable and available as you need them.

However I was here about a week ago and my overall experience was pretty bad. I had come to meet some friends at a time where I could see they weren't very busy. As I had arrived later than my friends I understandably waited till the waitress came by to take food orders. She acknowledged that I had just shown up, I asked if I can order a drink. She proceeds to take everyone else's food orders (I wasn't eating) and leaves without taking my drink order. I call her back she apologized and I thought nothing of it since humans are allowed to make mistakes.

From this point forward, the service went down the drain. After the group gets their food, I get my drink, it's at least 45 mins till the waitress comes by again. Keep in mind it's not busy. I place my second drink order at the time and it shows up. I finish my second drink and am looking to order a third. That does not happen. The waitress is no where to be seen. We were there a total of 2 hours and in that time I saw the waitress only 3 times, for my first drink, second drink, and finally the bill. It was a unanimous decision from all of us, who have been visiting the pump locations for years now, that the service this time was horrible.

The cherry on top of this was at the time of payment. The waitress hovered right over me as I was trying to pay with my card and pin. Made me feel very uncomfortable as she could easily see me put in my pin.

I'm not sure if I'll be returning to this location again and I'll be thinking twice about going to another pump. The consistency that kept me coming back is clearly not there anymore.

3 stars because the food and drinks were still good.
