I wish I didn't have to leave this poor review. Joe Machens Automotive Group went out of their way to sell us the car we had been looking for. It's too bad they GREATLY misrepresented the car and took advantage of my elderly parents (83 & 79). We are still paying repair bills on a car that they promised was in "good mechanical condition". This is the one item I stressed to them is it MUST be mechanically sound. The air conditioning works intermittently (40% of the time). The rear main seal on the engine leaks a lot of oil. The lower ball joints were worn out so much that they squeaked loudly and moved around loosely and had to be replaced ($294.53). The wiring has damage from squirrels chewing on it, and the front bumper has damage underneath (the mounting tabs are torn away from the bumper). It is missing much of the bolts underneath that hold on the splash shields. There are several smaller problems as well. We have only had the car one month. I purchased this car working with a salesman, Madison Yant, and Travis Dometrorch. They all made the sale happen, nothing but crickets after contacting them about the problems the car has. I can't believe they would take advantage of elderly people. We paid over NADA retail because Madison and the salesman assured us the car was in good mechanical condition. We bought this car based on Machen's employees' words. Make sure to have a buyer's check done by a reputable garage first if you decide to buy.
