Having my parents property sold for full asking price on the day it went on the market I was keen to use the same agency to sell mine. I spoke to the Branch Manager, Louise who quickly established the property I was looking to sell and who it would appeal to. Later that day a viewing was proposed prior to placing on the market which I accepted. It was precisely what the purchaser was looking for and again the full asking price was offered which I accepted. This all happened within 3 days of contact with the branch. It's hard to quantify the amount of time and money saved through using this branch but clearly I couldn't rate highly enough. Now in the process of purchasing I can first hand see the difference in service provided by sellers using online based agents, the last viewing didn't even know we were coming. I would always priorities this service in future and will be returning back to this branch for my next sale in a heartbeat! Thanks to all the team and Louise in particular
