I really feel sorry for the staff at David Jones. I have spent a very frustrating morning trying to get through to the electrical departments of both the City and Bondi Junction stores.
The worst offender was B.J. with after 15 minutes of being on hold with intermittent " Still trying to connect you" from the operator - I was advised apologetically " Still trying!!. I politely told them to forget it.

Customers require service - Get with the programme David Jones!!!
