Appalling service at Gainsborough branch.Spent ove...

Appalling service at Gainsborough branch.Spent over 10 minutes arguing with manager to try to get a staff member to help lift a lawn mower to purchase.Claimed it was a retail store and did not carry for customers ! As an 82 yr .old what does this say for Lidl s ? Will not shop there again.
