Rooms were very well kept and staff was very kind....

Rooms were very well kept and staff was very kind. The only reason why I give it four vs five stars is because of a few minor issues my step dad had initially acquiring parking spaces and carts to bring luggage in. It was a bit of a hassle in that respect.
