The most unprofessional, noncommunicating, work at their own pace, can't do anything right company I have ever had to deal with. I'm so frustrated and annoyed at this time. This what I get for supporting a friend who referred me to this company.
Update 2 months has since passed and I just got a letter stating they weren't reinstating my policy and enclosed is your check. Open and looked in envelope nothing but the letter and a return envelope. Not only are they unprofessional but they are crooks too..
