First time buying a new car. I was really hesitant about the whole process and didn't want to be pressured into something I wouldn't be happy with or something I couldn't afford. Anmol Singh dedicated his time to get to know me on a more personal level and helped me to feel comfortable and confident. Before even going for a test drive, he explained to me every option, showed me every style that I was interested in (ILX & TLX). Anmol went to great lengths for me to help me with getting the car I wanted, though the color I wanted was not available on this lot, he searched for what I wanted and within 20 minutes the color I wanted was here. The whole team here made the process very stress free and explained everything before signing. Anmol is extremely professional, very easy to talk with, very knowledgable and above all he truly cares about the customer. My experience here has been outstanding!
