Upon arrival, noticed a very unpleasant un fresh smell but chalked it up to the humidity in GA. After unpacking, we decided to go down and utilize the in house bar. They had some complimentary happy Hr options but we did not want the free house whatever, instead wanted a couple bloody Mary s, and so tried to order at the bar... The bar tender said Hi and asked us if we were here for the happy Hr. We said we just wanted to order a couple bloody Mary s... She said sorry, all we have is the free house wines and spirits, and bar doesn t open til 5PM while standing in front of Bloody Mary mix and kettle one...It was 4:50PM! We waited til 5 then paid $44.00 for 2 bloody Mary s. Next day woke up to find there was no coffee maker in our room, called the front desk, and they agrees to send one up, waited and nothing...so decided to partake in the complimentary breakfast and coffee that was supposed to be served and said there was no more coffee!

Rooms are ok but just don t feel fresh, and clean. Amenities seem to be more of a chore than a compliment. Strongly recommend a Hyatt or Westin for a better treatment, but Kimpton is ok for your overnight construction crew, or if you travel with your pets!,,
