I called twice to MAKE A PAYMENT on behalf of my father; I provided his name/bill amount/origin of the bill and DID NOT ask to reveal his personal information to me, but simply VOLUNTARILY reached out to PAY the amount.
I was DENIED!!! Both times, the employees REFUSED to TAKE A PAYMENT.
This is the 1st and, probably the only, COLLECTIONS AGENCY that REFUSED TO COLLECT A PAYMENT.
Additionally, your employee HANG UP on me - the person who called to VOLUNTARILY PAY YOU MONEY!!!
In my understanding, the way Collection Agencies make money is by COLLECTING AND ACCEPTING PAYMENTS - Please evaluate the work of your employees, because they clearly hurt your Company.
