What a nice customer service!
The customer agent was discriminating"You can't speak German, why did you order it?" And then I immediately asked him to apologise but he didn't. So I emailed them that his supervisor or him should call me and apologise. It took 2 weeks and the supervisor called me but he had no idea why he called. But also he is thinking exactly the same way. How grateful. I can't believe how they have a business in US.
