We stayed 5 days in the newest renovation tower, corner panoramic suite in Rush tower. First Ill mention Ive been to vegas a dozen times and never had a bad thing to say about any if the casinos/hotels Ive stayed at during my trips. This one: The 2 tvs had terrible pictures with lines and fuzz, the sound quality was awful. If you like coffee in bed, forget it, no coffee machine (only long lines in the lobby to buy coffee after youve already done your morning routine), no bottled water in the rooms, no fridge, not even a mini bar fridge. We had 2 panoramic views of 2 parking garages. The shower was an accident waiting to happen, entry was 3 inches above my knee cap with zero safety bars to ensure you dont slip when wet. We chose this casino to visit the pool scene with the water slide through the shark tank - this hotel decided spring break would be a good time to shut the slide down for grout maintenance. The pool is in the center of the hotel, tall buildings all around a cramped space = not much sun. Our package was supposed to include 1 night of free room service dinner, the girl confirmed this at check in, but when it came time to spend it, they said no dice no room service included in their computer. This hotel is about as far from the main strip as you can get, freemont street is fun in concept but at night it is filled with young obnoxious drunks, better in the daytime if youre over the "im so drunk i cant talk" scene. Im glad I stayed here to know the difference between staying downtown vs the main strip, but never ever again, better just to visit downtown. The food in the restaurants was excellent, Vic & Anthonys and Charthouse were top level food, and the service everywhere was great. Everything was clean.
