This company is responsible for the second Comcast building in Center City Philadelphia and is a nuisance to all the residents of the neighborhood (there are 5 residential buildings nearby). The Comcast building going up causes noise (starting at 6 am), construction has blocked/disrupted access to a parking garage and recently affected the swimming pool at a residential building due to their debris etc. Nasty workers loiter around the area smoking on their breaks and this project is awful.
