Complete lack of customer service will be the reason I do not order any more parts from RockAuto. I ordered an AC line, received the part and when I went to make the repair, came to find that the supplied part had the wrong end connection. I returned the part, still in completely unopened packaging. I was charged $20.84 to get this part and refunded only $6.55 because they charged me nearly $7 shipping both directions for a $13 part. I cannot think of another online shopping service that screws over its customers so much on shipping, and especially one that doesn't provide return labels free of charge, especially when the part is not correct and still 100% as received condition. I was never able to even talk to a real person in the process.
I've used RockAuto for many years and for many different vehicles. This was my first ever return experience. When they say that all it takes is one bad experience to drive a customer away, this is it for me.
