Called to get my family member an appointment ASAP...

Called to get my family member an appointment ASAP since he was having a hard time getting an appointment in Sierra Vista. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all stated that the office needs to have a referral 1st before scheduling....even though the insurance we have doesn't require one. I will look else where...should have known after reading the rest of bad reviews other patients have posted.
