Ordered some fasteners needed and always been good product. I accidentally ordered the wrong size ($1,100 of items) and they want to charge me a 25% restock fee. My company ships many packages every day. Shipping was outrageous to begin with, then they want to charge a $25% restock fee ($274.71). I get restock fee's need to be in place, but for a mistake on a multiple time repeat customer that's simply outrageous. I'll be stuck with this product and going elsewhere.
