unresponsive , irresponsible , unprofessional !

unresponsive , irresponsible , unprofessional !
I moved out a month ago and the "property manager !" was informed 1 month before moving date. They made a condo fee withdrawal from my account for the condo I don't live in anymore.
I have sent them several emails and called head office a couple of times , I've heard several different short non relevant replies and nobody ever bothered to give me an official answer in written.
You'd better improve your service instead of wasting your money on advertising !
