Dr Adams has been great which is why I m giving a 2 star however this is my first ever review which says a lot. I called their practice and left a voicemail and they called back the next day where they told me to come in to pick up a prescription and I even asked is there a specific time I shouldn t come in incase they were at lunch or away and she said no and to come in whenever and someone will greet you. I waited 20 minutes standing there not even being greeted and only started saying things like Hello, anyone there after 10 minutes of nothing and the receptionist had the nerve to come out after 20 minutes and blame me for hearing me ask if anyone could help me/let me know and said well everyone deserves a lunch I m sure you re on your lunch break too. I wasn t even that upset until she started immediately blaming me for coming at lunch and when I stated I asked what times earlier that morning she said oh you must have left a voicemail and I m like no I talked with one of your colleagues. Cold shouldered/horrible experience waiting and then getting blamed for having to wait 20 minutes to even get someone to notice I was there.
