My shoes arrived and they are the wrong size so I've had to return them at my own expense and now have to wait 2-3 weeks for them to return the money back into my account. They offer no refund or exchange you have to put in a whole new order while you wait patiently for your refund. I won't be reordering and will just go into a shop and buy them with less hassle regarding sizing.
