I have been a loyal customer of Shelton W. Greer for several years now, and I must say that their service is just average. The staff is friendly, but sometimes it feels like they lack attention to detail. I have had a few instances where my orders were incorrect or delayed. However, they do try to resolve any issues promptly, so I appreciate their effort. Overall, I would say that Shelton W. Greer is an okay company, but they could definitely improve their service.
