Took my grandmother to get new vehicle. Immediately was helped by salesperson Lou Margetis. My grandmother told him what she wanted and began the process to help her choose a vehicle she would like given the price range she could afford. He brought over a 2016 Elantra GT hatchback that was the perfect color for her. After the test drive she decided to stick with the color but wanted a different interior color and Lou quickly brought one over for us to view. My grandmother decided it was what she wanted so she purchased the vehicle and we drove it home that night. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was helpful in every way and answered every question we both had about the vehicle. The was no pressure to buy anything and that is what I think sold my grandmother to go ahead and get the vehicle she chose.
