I go to Bonn every year and have also been to the Kameha. Everything was fine there. But this year I had to go. Corona rebook my booking, which also worked without any problems. When the event I wanted to go to was postponed again after the lockdown, it was said that it was no longer possible. I wrote a letter to the management and asked for another postponement, but to this day I have not received an answer by phone or in writing, let alone my money back. For me, that does not show any readiness for service and that is why I will be going to the Maritim Hotel in Bonn in the future. It's a shame about the beautiful ambience, but that's not how it works! I am surprised that people treat their customers that way because of Corona.
