there is a huge dirty politics there in cogent , i have been gone through 5 rounds of the interviews , people who cant even understand english ,were conducting the interviews and when it was about to give me the offer letter i came to know that Mr Kundan (operations manager ) selected a girl for the Asst Manager role . i have got 7 years of experience as a Manager and she had an experience of a trainer ,it can happen if the candidate is more talented but later ,she wasnt even able totframe sentances in english coz we both went for the operations roundrtogether and from one of the hr person i heard that she doesnt even speak in english and coz she is a old connection of mr kundan she got selected and been offered with 150 % of the salary hike and they both were literally mocking while Mr kundan conducted her interview and was very negative when I presented myself in front of him .

there is nothing wrong when people come through connections but setting a culture of prefering personal interest rather then offering the jobs to the best suitable and the available potential has made our nation shameful.

People like Mr kundan must never be a part of any corporate because they don't have any sort of comm skills or talent and they are always worried and insecure with the more talented people then them and on top of it they want to set their personal connections without considering the image of the company . Being a man of 45+ age they still feel such things and don't even think about their decisions which can spoil things for needy and talented people . Big big disappointment...
